Well lets see who can figure this one out, my fuel issue has been quite frustrating. I bought a wicked stage3 had it installed and was only holding 25k psi, add anymore pw and the rp dropped to 22.9k. So i bought II dual cp3s and added my stock pump with my wicked stage3. Now im getting 29k+ but its very erratic, it will hit 29k then drop to 22k then back to 27.5k then back to 22k very very quick. I have not done a bottle test that will be first thing tomorrow. Whats going on here? Its strange that everytime i hits 29k the log reads 29,007psi a few times throughout the run...is that the max the ecm can read and maybe its defueling?

Call Mark at Danville and tell him you have the same fuel problem as Farmer Dave and he'll fix you up. I was ready to burn the truck before he fixed it. Mine went up and down like a yo yo just like yours.

I just read your thread, what a kick in the nuts. I hope tuning can fix it that valley pump is not fun to mess with.

I've heard of problems like yours when guys run a modded pump with a stocker. I bet it can be set right with tuning.

Just an update, i did a little tuning on it today and after several test drives it is now fixed, increased the current in the desired flow vs current table. Track tonight, thanks for the help guys.

awesome, I don't think that a lot of people realize the effects of 2CP3s on real world driving. We have done a lot of playing around with the B1010 table with my II 150% pump and have learned a lot.

Increasing voltage was the majority of the fix i posted about recently...works like a dream now! bouncing from 0v to say 1.2v deemed a 60000 to 28000mm3 flow of fuel...big difference there, especially hopping around with big pulse, psi, and large injectors! :roflmao:

Glad to see ya got it right... i dialed my voltages up to the point of limiting fuel, then coming back down in small increments.

Glad you got it running right. I was under the impression you had tried changing regulator voltage. I must have ran over 50 tunes on my truck with different voltages from 3 well known tuners and none of them helped.
