I'm having one hell of a week. It started when the boat started taking on water last weekend. Then I've been working 11+ hour days and tonight I was trying to get my truck ready for a pull this weekend and I had my exhaust tip off working on a turn up pipe. I forgot about the tip and backed over it! :angry4: Freaking suck!!! I know I should be greatful I have a job and its just my toys that are breaking but dang it! Its one step forward and two steps back. Thanks for listening.

Its not down, there blowing smoke up our ... I'm even on the 9.5 list and it makes no difference. I've been on 50 hour give or take weeks for a month or better now it seems. It freaking blows. Yeah the money it great but when you don't have time to spend it what good is it. I'm interested in the tip though. Which style is it? I have 4" exhaust. Either what you're brightening my day. Dunno what our stewards are doing. Our dispatchers are getting real good at 9.49 dispatches. Ive always felt that summer is "family time"...not time to work Christmas hours.

Its the straight tip that comes standard with the T304 exhaust. Has "silverline" stenciled on the end.

I don't know either. I file mine based of the time "worked" not the dispatch time. Screw that. We haven't had a time study since edd so they have no idea what we should be running. Our union is in "their" back pockets. The union has made ups the "cash cow" and now they dont want to step on any toes. Its a freaking mess. We need to get back to the way it should be run with alittle give and take. They forget that we're human beings with familys.

What do you want for the tip? That's the same one I "had" on it. I liked it.

Yep, sounds like our situation. The union is only as strong as the members of it, though. IMO, its time for our local to change the upper leadership and some of the stewards, as they arent helping much.

fed ex? :rofl: sounds like ups has the same problems everywhere. we see our driver almost every day and he always has stories about dispatchers and managers that try to run the show and have NEVER even driven a route. you guys do this shit every day and know what works and what doesnt but they dont and WONT see it the drivers way. its all about making dollars not sense (read cents)
