Just wanted to share some insight on the fitment on HSP's billet manifolds and up pipes. First off they are beautiful pieces, but for the LMM the oil cooler line that goes up the back of the motor and loops in with the heater core will not fit with the manifolds and up-pipes. The bracket on the line that bolts to the head rests against the up pipe and the curved end on the bottom which goes around the bottom into the cooler will not reach at all. I tired a few different bends but couldnt get it to work.
I gave HSP a call and they haven't experienced the problem with other models but haven't put any on an LMM either. So after I spoke with Mark at Danville he said every LMM has this problem and he sells a kit to convert it into a flexible line. So I made my own by cutting the fitting off and leaving about 1.5in of ridgid tube to clamp on 3/4ID heater hose wrapped in header wrap "hope that works" that I had in my garage and ran it straight out from the cooler, its about 2in away from the up pipe and straight up by the master cylinder and across the firewall, right where that harness goes over the turbo and then into the heater core. I dont know what the actual kit looks like so I didnt have anything to go off of, hopefully this will work. The truck will be running today so I'll find out then.
Just some info I wanted to put out there, Thanks.
