How to wire the tapshifer?

Hey guys, I'm working on a LBZ transplant along with helping a friend with his. We're having the issue of figure out how to correctly wire up the tapshifter! I can't find it anywhere in the diagrams nor have a clear view of what I've been told already. We've both ran the wire from the c100 plug(Purple). The problem we're having is there are 4 wires coming from the tap shifter. Where do the other 3 go?

two of them go to your old tow/haul connector, one goes to the 'driver shift request' pin on the TCM, the remaining wire goes to any +12v ignition hot.

are the tow/haul wires the black with white, and that blue wire under the column? or are they the i beleive green and black up on top of the shifter, the old 5 speed lever was plugged in in 2 places. did you comepletely figure this out yet chris?
