How to measure injector lpm on lb7

Olay so today i plugged in my verus scanner and tried it out, plugged it into a customers truck and it said the injectors are flowing 32 lpm. Is this a creditable source to determine injector size. Surely not but im curious before we assume 70% overs are in this truck balance rates are all within +-1

Blows a decent ammount of smoke until it winds up. Truck has a htt turbo kit and a lift pump but no programmer to the owners knowledge

Only way to know is pull an injector and send it off

Even then that number will vary from different flow benches. On a bench I'm familiar with 32lpm would be approximately 70 is percent over stock. But that only applies to them. Everywhere else has far different numbers
