Curious what a 500hp CC, LB will do in the 1/8th.

Lots of variables, but id say between 8.10-8.20 ET. There are lots of different factors though some 500 hp trucks run fast than others for some reason. What is your truck weight /w driver?

60 ft is far more crutial in the 1/8 dont have the big end to make up any errors . but paint's guess was a good one might be .1-.2 higher if you cant launch well .

When I was at LVMS for a midnight madness event I could NOT hook! I was 13.5-13.7 all night with massive wheel hop on every launch... How did you hook?

Sorry for the hijack...

Thanks for the replies:) I ran last night and had some issues. Ran the tires at 30psi front and 32psi rears. could not get around the water box so on launch truck spun>defueled then hooked. I need to practice staging as I pushed through the brakes 2x. Best was a [email protected]. Best 60 foot was 1.9. Don't know if it hurts or not but I was still running #1 diesel from Colorado trip. I think there is a 8.3- 8.4 in it easy if I can get it to hook.

Try lowering your rear tire pressure more. I usually run 30 front/25 rear.

Take a look at your brake pads and power steering pump, they'll help the push.

Your gonna limp again unless your transmission is built
