Depends on the size solenoid. That becomes the next restriction.

Id spray soon as the damn thing hooks. Traction is already fighting you. If you can get the suspension dailed in better, she might take the hit from the start but something else may give up the ghost

I say put it on a momentary switch on the shifter and spray it as traction allows.
