I need to change my internal filter... how many quarts should I pick up? im not gonna flush the lines or converter

It won't make it the filter is clogged so bad its stuck in 1st or 3rd depending on the time of day lol. Mike suggested changing the filter to see if it helps
deep pan adds 4 quarts but filling it up to the low end of the hot mark. 12-13 quarts should do it.

The f**kin thing chirps tires on the 1-2, 2-3 and it really chirps tires on the 2-1. Kinda cool haha
Does anyone have their 5 speed serial number handy? I need to order these filters but I'm not near my truck to pull the serial number
Make yourself a free home made filter lock if you don't already have one. Took me 10 minutes and holds it in there like a champ. Once the pan goes on it pushed up against it and there is no chance it can ever pop off.
