How many quarts of fluid for a torque converter swap/pan/VB drop?

I'll be pulling my tranny and swapping in a LML converter soon. I've got the Transgo Jr kit along with Mike L/RatioTech springs to go in also (I do realize that I don't need to pull the trans for the kit/spring upgrade). How many quarts of fluid do I need for this job?

I send every built trans with 5 gallons of fluid. You'll likely have some left over but fluid is fairly cheap. I believe spec is around 16qts (4 gal)?
