just wondering how many of you have your truck modded up but are still making payments on it? it funny on my last truck i would have never thought of doing what I've done to my new one. i was always telling myself I'm not gonna do anything till its payed off, yeah that lasted about two months, then i took a ride in a banks powered lb7 and i thought wow this thing is awesome! i wonder if i can make mine faster?

Paid cash for the LLY and then traded it in and parents picked up the tab on the difference to the LMM so I have the title on it - making $1000/month payments to them until I pay off the difference. Whoops - they said no modding til I paid them off :D

Paid mine off in three years. Soon as the new 1/2 ton 4.5 Duramax comes out I will get back into debt.

still paying and I'm completely strapped on it and all my other monthly payments. gonna really start to get hard nosed about paying down my debts.... I've always been responsible with my money until this damn addiction... to say I'm a bit ashamed of myself for getting out of hand with it is a huge understatement and disappointing.

I have accepted the fact that I will be making payments until I die so i just said to hell with it.
The way I see it, I'm paying for reliability and warranty. Now if only I could get both out of my truck.

i do find it interesting how many of us do all this work on a truck we are still paying for. but i know for a fact that its all worth it when you take someone for a ride that still thinks diesels are slow and could never keep up with their gassers, but you look over at them and they are holding on to the "oh shit!" bar for dear life

Trying to pay for the truck and some equipment is why the truck doesn't have that many mods yet. Expensive ones like trans upgrades anyway...
