I bought 2" drop keys, how low can I drop the front end and still keep the correct geometry in the front end(tire wear)? Should I remove leafs and build traction bars and/or buy drop shackles. I want to have about a 1" rake when done.

I would do 2 or 3" drop keys up front, and run 2 leafs in back with traction bars, and no overloads, that will get you about a 2/4 or even 3/5 drop depending on what you do up front.. Just not "the right way" but will do just fine.with aftermarket drop shackles in back, you are only lowering 1/2 the leaf pack.like with mine I'm running 3" shackles and the angle of the leaf pack is horrible. The right way would be to add drop hangers in addition with drop shackled. But there time consuming and can be a pita

Here's low, with 4wd :thumb: I would not run drop keys all the way down. Your ball joints on your upper and lower control arms wil not like it.
