What pipe are you talking about? Nothing on the intake side should have soot blowing out of it if you have your egr deleted.

It might just be old soot cause someone didn't clean the pipes out when they did the egr delete.... The pipe is the one that comes off the y bridge that you connect the egr delete pipe to then the pass side ic pipe connects to the egr delete pipe right?

There is an oring where the egr delete meets the y bridge. Make sure it is seated properly and not torn. If you are seeing soot coming out of the bridge then you have a boost leak.

It is a full egr delete. As in pulled the cooler and pipe out and replaced it with a new pipe, and a lb7 pass up pipe, it doesn't move too much but it does wiggle maybe a quarter inch from side to side.
