Bought it 4 years ago; $712/month at 5%. I took a 15 year note and do triple principles so it would pay off in 10 years 11 months; if I weren't selling it this spring. Yeah, it was a cheap one owner but I didn't feel like renting or paying $100+ per square foot in Oklahoma. Plus, the remodel has kept me busy.

Nope, it's the house I live in.

I do own multiple homes, but those are vacation homes with separate notes.

My trailer is 425/m for 10 years @ 8.25% lot rent with hookups 250/m 150/m for 2 years on my shed. It's a nice trailer, both bedrooms are big, I need to put some new tin on a couple spots though.

So what was the cost of the house? My current payment was $460, my new one will be $1100. I bought a 6 month old foreclosed home, it appraised for 205k got it for 158k. 2000sf 4br/2ba. Granite countertops, high ceilings the whole 9 yards. I got 4.6% intrest.

It's mostly the property. The whole deal was around 1.8 but the financed amount was a tick over 1.2

Just for you? Curious if its investment property that your house happens to be on or if its just your personal palace? Either way, good for you man :thumb:

It was investment..:spit: now I can't get out of it. Stuck until the housing market improves.

And thanks for the compliments guys, although I had very little to do with it.

Wow!!!!

My shop, house, kids, toys everything is less than most of your house payments!!! I need a better job. I was thinking I did pretty good. You guys make me look pretty bad. I owe a total of $75k to the world. It should be paid of in 4 or 5 years. If I made the money you guys made I wouldn't owe anything. I'm happy for the folk's that make big, it gives me something to shot for. Is anyone hiring??:D I work for cheap. Jeff
