Hot shot secret additives

Has anyone here used any of their products in their duramax's? I just come across a post on facebook about these additives the other day.

Dunno. Any is better than none imo. I use stanadyne cuz it's readily available

The post I came across was testing in a Cummins on the dyno. With 5 pulls it netted 11Hp gain on average which is interesting for just an additive.

I use it for the lubricity, water separation and to keep things cleaner. 11hp real or not is negligible imo and a secondary benefit. Some do boost cetane a bit.

There is a whole line up of products. Not just fuel additives but also oil additives like friction reducers. I have been using opti lube for lubricity as it is near the top as far as SCAR rating. I was just curious of these products as I had never heard of them before.

I've used the fuel additive.. dumped the whole 2qt bottle I to 60gl.. only time I use it is with known heavy bioblend fuel.. which brings my mpg back up to clear diesel mpg or nets me 1-2mpg gain on bio blend

There's 2 fuel additive's on the site. Which one do you use? The EDT or the extreme fuel additive?

Looks like the additive used was the EDT for every tank (Diesel Extreme is the deep cleanout)

Yeah that's the exact post I was referencing. I think its a product worth trying if it does improve mileage it may be worth while.
