Federal law says you cannot move or tamper with emissions equipment, soo stack is illegal in any state. (assuming you deleted the cat )

Any modifications can be qualified as "illegal" here in Colorado. I was riding with my Cummins buddy one night and he got pulled over for "modified exhaust". He had 4" exhaust and possibly the biggest muffler ever available. Was probably the most quiet Cummins on the street that night haha.
Had another friend get pulled over for "modified suspension" even though his lift kit abided by the state headlight/taillight height.
You guys have me really wanting to do a hood stack now. Too bad I have to remove the fender to pull my downpipe :roflmao:
