Ive been contemplating a hood stack for my truck but in AZ it's illegial for road use, and I drive the truck too much. Looks good!

Depends what your definition of "behind the cab"... If you look at the truck from the rear then the stack is behind the cab... And that my friends is a loop hole:D

Then I guess you should explain that to adot and every officer out there as there is no "law". Not to metion I would have been ticketed many times or restricted of renewing tags if that's so

The only thing in az they could get you for is no muffler but since a turbo is considered a muffler in az, your good. I even asked two of my officer buddies and neither of them know of a law for that in az. Now if you blow smoke out of it that last longer than 10sec, you can be pulled over and ticketed for it but that would be the same even if you had a full exhaust.

I wouldn't listen to a cop about any laws!! They seem to all be dumbass' and make up there own opinion about how laws read out. I always check out our own krs laws, don't take word of mouth, it can be deceiving!

AMAN ,I should watch what I say on here but your right. Its at the cops discresson/opinion what the law is not what the actual law is,"Thats for the courts to decide"Is what I have heard on occasion;)

I worked with them and adot for 5 years. There's guys I trust and ones I don't. These ones I do ;). You guys can mistrust who ever it is but I have valid reasons to trust what they tell me and show me. Not something I can explain on a public forum :thumb:

Federal law says you cannot move or tamper with emissions equipment, soo stack is illegal in any state. (assuming you deleted the cat :D)

Pretty sick though:thumb:
