I don't expect them to send actual pump . I'm fine as long as I get a full refund with no hassle. Mistakes happen. But customer service is what counts

Im with yah man. I hate being lied too though.

He said he didnt carry the part. I tell him the part is still in his store, he responds, yes correct holley has 2 parts with the same part number. I say its not the same part number the dash is in the incorrect spot.... And i havent heard back yet.

I did tell him a link was posted for the 12-125 on a diesel forum and to expect alot of issues...

Big block, I really don't see your point in harrassing the guy. After all, you thought you were taking advantage of a company because you "thought" someone made a simple mistake instead of asking the seller before buying then told everyone here about it. But since your thought was wrong, you assume the seller is out to get people because he listed the part number wrong. <- that's an assumption but even if that wasn't so and the seller was out to rip you off, the email prior to buying that as I suggested before be sent would have stated "it is indeed the pump your looking for" and now you have something in writing to after him for and show Amazon. This isn't the case.

At the end of the day, amazon will give you a full refund including shipping, send you a shipper to send it back and life goes on.

Well perhaps you tolerate liars?? What i should have done is checked his ratings and i would have seen that he has had issues in the past with incorrect listings.

I was fine with a return till the guy tells me he doesnt even carry the part i ordered, then i tell him he has the part i ordered in his store, he comes back with oh yeah the 2 part numbers are the same. I tell them they arent the same as the dash is in a deferent location.

Im all about "taking advantage" of ****s taking advantage of others... I would have payed the difference if he would have been up front with me.

All said and done i decided **** it... Its 40 bucks, not worth my time time to mess with it or the ass hole that runs the business.

If i see a deal that can help others than im happy to post it. I didnt assume shit... Maybe it was a mistake maybe it was an overstock issue, maybe it was a model being phased out...

I cant stand shitty business owners who feel they need to be dicks about a simple mistake if thats what it was. They wont be open long as people catch on. Although there will always be people saying its the consumers fault for not checking first... I dont run my operation that way and if i screw up i am up front about it and honest... Not keep pulling lies out of my ass. People respect that and it goes a long way for word of mouth.

I never had an issue with my AD 150, in 2 years and i sold one to some one in here years ago. But after reading all the issues you guys have i think a home built may be the best option.

My question is, i ordered the cat filter and head, how necessary is a water separator mounted with the cat filter? I could just keep my factory separator but are the aftermarket ones superior?

Well i didn't realize that a cheap pump would turn into an argument with the members. Hey i bought one and the description is what it is ... it is a pump which is not what i got. The guy should have just owned up and said it was a mistake. It seems to be in the diesel world if your not handing over your wallet to get something every one thinks that it is junk or you were ripped off in some way. I don't feel i ripped this guy off I cant say why he would sell it for that much but if it was a mistake just own up refund the money and don't send me a product that has absolutely nothing to do with what i ordered that is when it becomes a lie/fraud and from what i have read on this post that is what has upset people not the price being wrong on the product.

PS i need some help on posting pics on the forum so when i do get the lift pump system up and running i can send some pics of it. Also if any one knows of a good deal on a pump keep it to your self. JK
