I'm at a loss, it's been 2 weeks since I did the EGR delete and 5" exhaust. Its been driving awesome up until 2 nights ago when you put your foot to the floor it's whistles/screams and it's loud and then pretty much falls on its face now it drives just fine if you keep you foot out of it I have went through and re tightened the block off plate on the down pipe, I double checked my seal at the down pipe and exhaust, and double checked all the bolts I had taken off

Is it possible to put the gasket on backwards? I don't think that's the problem since it ran awesome for 2 weeks but it could be, can I put gasket sealant on it?

Any suggestions ? Thanks guys

Whose EGR delete? If it uses the stock y bridge, does it have support brackets? Could have kicked the neck of the y bridge out.

Do you see soot around the block off plate on the up pipe? You could remove the up pipe and have it welded shut.

The y bridge blow out sounds most likely the cause. They howl like crazy if they leak/pop out.

I've got the sinister delete, and it's rather clean at the block off plate

It very well could be at the y bridge I've got the bracket resting in there but there wasn't any chance I was gonna get the bolts in it .. After everything was tightened up there wasn't any play in it

This question is coming from left field, but what hp tune are you running? Your sig doesn't say you have a lift pump, could you be losing rail pressure?

I am on a stock tune, getting a new fuel filter tonight also to hopefully rule that out

lift pump is next if i can get this leak fixed with out buying better hard parts lol

Easy fix! Glad you found it

Wasn't to bad to fix, the new O rings were kind of a pain to seat but it's in there and I forced a bolt through the bracket that came with my kit and it is now rock solid so hopefully it will hold it in there

Just took her for a spin and she is making boost now :) she sounds happy again

Are the o-rings on the top side of the bridge or bottom? I think I have the same problem after installing my delete yesterday.:(

There are 2 o rings were the y bridge connects to the intake elbow. If it's not supported, the intake can move just enough to kick out the elbow and cut the O ring.

You don't have to remove the y bridge, just the intake side.

K thanks. I noticed it was wiggling a little before I bolted the support bracket down. But the north wind had switched around and was blowing straight in the garage about 30mph on me last night, so I gave up on it for the night. I will check it out tonight hopefully.
