Hey guys, first timer here. Here's the deal. Had a customer bring his LB7 in with injector issues. Found #6 & 7 both with high rates. I advised changing all injectors but the guy is tight for cash so I just changed the 2. This is the shitty part, I pulled all the injectors and resealed the cups as pr usual. Checked compression, all good. Buttoned everything up and I'll be damned if I can't get both the injectors to come even close to the rates of the other injectors. Ran it for a while and smoked like a pig. To be honest this is the first time I've only changed 2 and not 8. Especially 1 on each side. I can get #6 to come down to +8 but that's it??? Should I be doing all 8? (Don't answer that, I know the answer) But has anyone else seen extremely high rates after changing just one or 2? I've done just one or 2 Cat or Cummins injectors with no issues? WTF
