HID's will change colors at different angles, my truck from the side they almost look full on purple and as you get closer to straight on they get white. And I suggest getting projectors, you will probably get flashed a TON and the light scatters all over the place haha
I've got 4300K's in my lows, but they are in projector housings(I don't get flashed ever since I have a true positive cut-off). They very blue when you first turn them on, but turn to almost a pure white after about 45 seconds. I don't remember the brand of them as it's been awhile since I put them in. For the high beams I installed a set of the HIR replacement bulbs.
