Help!

I have a 2002 LB7 and I’m replacing the fan pulley and bracket but the new bracket and pulleys don’t have the black foam backing like in the pic I believe it’s for noise and vibration dampening do I need it or where can I buy the black foam cause it looks like it’s some kind of spray foam…help!!

Try it without the foam see if you notice a difference.

You can remove it and put it onto the new piece.
