Help !!! Won't start and no codes

Just got off the phone with the mechanic and he says that the truck has hard lines from tank to the primer pump's short 6" rubber hoses. They are dropping the tank to look for debris and will get back with me in a couple of hours.
Well, the shop decided to install an AirDog lift pump on the truck. They did not visually see a kinked line and said that the cp4 is working.
I guess we will see once the lift pump is installed. Are those flex lines replaced with the ones that come with the lift pump?
Ok, then maybe the truck will have the same problem of no start once they install the lift pump since they will not be replacing those lines. Which means that the lift pump is going to work even harder than normal to suck fuel through the collapsed line. If in fact that is what my problem really is.
Lift pump cured/hid all my fuel issues on my LLY. Put it on and forget about it or tear all the soft lines off and check them. I wonder if the guy didn't stuff a paper towel or something in the rubber hoses on the motor and hooked them back up and missed one.
That is a possibility, he also did not reattach the hard line brackets to the engine so they are moving around. Hey, but what do you expect for a $4500 job???
Don't matter what it costs imo, I believe in personal pride. And if all he did was gaskets then 4500 isn't too far off.
It probably had to do with the high mileage that I have put on the truck in the past 3 years. Driving with the bad gasket (and using head gasket sealer - yes bad idea) actually built up enough pressure in the system to blow the radiator apart on the plastic end. The mechanic found that the left head was cracked and replaced it with a new one or so he says. I did not see an invoice or the receipt for the new head or parts needed to complete the job.
Just got a message about my truck from the shop. The bandaid (lift pump) found a leak under the erg cooler. So, that would be where my original leak was all along. Now, they are going to tear the top end stuff off to fix the erg cooler area fuel leak. It just keeps getting better If they would have done a more thorough inspection when it was brought in to the shop I am sure that they would have found the leak at that time.

It's up and running again
So, I just returned from Industrial Diesel, Inc. in Virginia Beach with my truck. Here is what all they found: 1 bracket lying on top of the engine valley (cured a rattle and they do not know where it is suppose to go), 2 loose fuel line connections in the erg cooler area (cured the no start air leaks), 1 finger tight/loose erg tube (the entire tube was just hand tightened and was rattling)(if I would have had the extra time I would have lest them delete it for me) and they installed a new lift pump.
The truck runs and I can get out of the hotel and go back to work. Total downtime was 1 month.
