HELP!! with trailer 8-wire Wire Harness

Basically all I am trying to figure out is where the harness begins.:confused: I can only trace it from the trailer plug to about mid-fuel tank.
I'm hardly getting power to my trailer Brake lights and its jackin up my lights on my yacht trailer! ANY info would be GREATLY appreciated, I need to fix this ASAP!!!

Not sure on the exact locations but there is fuses in the main underhood panel for them. I would look at the panel, removing the covers and hinge the panel up. Check under the panel for rodent damage.

you sure its the truck and not the trailer?
