Sorry to post in an older thread but have a co worker that is new to diesels with this exact same scenario/situation with his new to him 2011. He went a bit further and replaced the filter head and test port valve with new parts to rule out any leak on the low pressure side. When pressurizing the return line, are you keeping the line pressurized to 43 PSI or more while cranking until it or just hitting the line with a blast of air then trying to start? He has gave it a blast of air a few times during the process but no luck so far. Any ideas on where to focus?
