Help! Trans wont shift!

Ok my truck is having issues. :(

The codes are: P0722
and P0700

The brake warning light and the ABS light are on. The DIC says "Service Brake System"

The DIC also says "Shift Range Inhibited"
The truck sometimes wont shift out of first gear and Sometimes u take off and it will pop into nuetral

Yesterday i unhooked the wires off the transfercase and connected them to a different transfercase we were testing. Would this have anything to do with it? I checked the connections and they all seem tight.

Also somtimes it feels like the brakes are on a little bit when i take off?

Any help would be appreciated because i cant drive the truck! :eek:

also check where the wire off the output speed sensor connects to the harness on the trans. its the 2 prong connector. check the wires on both sides of the connectors. mine was doing the same thnig about a week ago and it was a broke wire right there. it must have come in contact with the front driveshaft or something.

Looks like the same thing happened to mine! The wires you r talking about are ripped out of the main harness and then ripped apart again about a foot farther back :woott::happy2:
