help!!! The up elbow out of the Y Bridge blew out

I finaly found out why my new turbo wount build the proper boost.
The up elbow pushed out of the Y bridge. It just pushes into the Y pipe with 2 orings and no way to hold it in.
Any one have any tricks to keep it seated??
I am pulling this Saturday and need a quick fix.

You need a brace on your egr delete pipe to hold it from moving. The stock intake manifold and egr cooler combined were secure enough to hold that horn your talking about in. I'm guessing your egr delete doesn't have a brace. Weld a little brace to the delete pipe and bolt the other side of it in a thermostat bolt. I forgot which specific bolt I used. A part number/size someone can reference is r-236 for the orings. Don't buy them from a dealer unless you wanna spend about 40 bucks for each oring!

Tig weld it all together. Mine was blowing out those high dollar orings so we said the hell with it and welded it up. Haven't looked back.:thumb:

You can make a strap out of sheet metal or plumbers tape to stop it from happening.

You need to get a one piece 3" y bridge:thumb:
