Question: help for the best removal

hey im takin all the chrome and door stoppers off my truck whats the best way to take off the adheisive, heard of the eraser wheel but is there a better way to much was stuck to the paint to just pick off by hand.

I used a heat gun on low to heat up the moldings, pulled them off and sprayed adhesive remover on what was left. The eraser wheel took all of 45 minutes to get rid of the leftover adhesive. Then take some polishing compound to clean up the paint where it has gotten dirty or faded.
By the way "best" is kinda relative. Fastest is the eraser wheel, but it's also possible to do with WD40/Ether and your thumb. It's all in what you want to do. Good luck!

I personally like Prep Sol. I use it for every thing. I keep it here in my shop and at home.

Also WD-40 works
