In general terms, its a commuter or a tow rig, mostly highway miles. On the PPE valve can that be installed with just the banks tuner or is something else necessary? Thanks!

Banks products work just fine and deliver the advertised power...Most tuners/boxes don't advance the injection timing enough to help with EGTs...EFI Live obviously doesn't have that problem...I used the Six Gun on my '05 without any issues before I decided to try other options...Find someone who can tune in your area and you'll be much happier...
How come my efi 100hp tune feels so much more powerful then a banks turned all the way up then? Not being an ass, serious question.
As far as boost goes, my 03 maxed out at 18 psi stock. I put a banks big head wastegate actuator on and got it up to 25. I think it was higher but the banks guages only read up to 25 im told because they get there reading of the ECM and dont tee in to get an actual reading.
No i havent. Its more of a rough estimate, my tuner said it would be around there.
I don't know if the Banks does anything to up the boost? The LB7s are mechanical wastegate and most install a PPE valve or just a T off the pressure line to the wastegate.
I saw boost increase from 23 to 27 PSI and EGT's drop about 200 degrees.
