Help!!! Decisions on what next to upgrade

I have been having issues with deciding on what to upgrade next, my options are a 4094 turbo or do manifold w/up pipes. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated, my truck is a daily driver with some hot roding around. I'm located in SoCal so if anyone knows a recommended mechanic would be great too.

a built trans. bigger turbo wont do you any good when that stock converter cant put the power to the ground and when it locks, makes you limp the trans.

also, why in the world did you buy a "jet MAF"

Built trans. No sense doing anything else til you do that.

No sense in having more air when you can't even push the stock charger to its limits cause the trans.
