Help Cp3 issues?

OR... Don't quote me on this as I am not sure. It's just an idea.
Maybe since you have an Lbz FPR, the voltage difference between your previous lb7 and this one are so different that it's keeping the FPR shut. Thus no fuel will come out of the cp3. You can try starting it with the FPR unplugged.

Just a thought. Idk if that could actually happen. I do know the current required for a Lbz FPR is different.

Just a fyi bud you should be careful when working around high pressure fuel . Do not use your hands as a tool to check pressure or find leaks you WILL get fuel in your skin , and that will mess your day up .:thumb:

Maybe you miss matched the supply line and return line. They are both soft lines. I could see how someone could do that.
I just finished installing my cp3 about 30 min ago :)

ok so now my only issue is my tuning with lbz regulator do i need to change b1010 top three in all 5 tunes or is it a one shot deal for all 5 tunes? im new to this so not sure? whats a good number to change the first three too?

did you get all of my message last night..lol unbelievable,it was a check valve in the pump between the return and out put nozzle,it was stuck closed on the output side forcing all the fuel thru the return.. that woulda got me good fuel mpg:roflmao:Anyway Chris is an awsome guy he came down to my house and took a loook at it and confirmed the cp3 was not right so i ended up buying a new one and thru it in i changed my top three table on efi but at idle im getting 11,000 psi?

It should be a "desired flow vs current" or something ro the nature that needs to be changed
yeah i went on fish tunes and followed there method but im just going to give rob a call and see if he can give me some numbers to clear up the 11,000psi at idle doesnt lope just loud injectors
