My name is Cole, and I am currently deployed. I sold my 2005 Silverado 1500 HD before I left and will be buying a new if not new to me Duramax when I get back. Looking forward to the power and longevity of my soon to be new pride and joy. Joined the forum to read up on Diesels since this will be my first and I do not know much about them...yet. I am an Aircraft mechanic and can tinker on gas motors so I hope I can pick a few things up from all of you guys so I can be diesel literate soon. Looking forward to the diesel journey that lies ahead. Hello to everyone.

Thanks guys. LOL, I said I was new to the Forum, not the Military..been in over 14 years, so no opsec broken. Looking forward to getting home to my family and a new truck. Already been reading a lot...got plans but as usual, money is my worst enemy, maybe the wife too. But been reading the 2017 Duramax thread and trying hard to talk the wife into letting me wait and pay for a 2017...can't wait to see the numbers when they come out.
