Im trying to find some info on the turbo of my dads high lift. Machine is a 1972 Allis Chalmers HG7GB with a turbo 6 cylinder 3500 series engine.

found some writing on the charger that says "317 Thompson Turbo"

im trying to find some info on a rebuild kit for this thing, or possible a reman turbo.

Can anyone help?

They made a HD-7 bulldozer in that era.
In 1975, AC was purchased by Fiat and, by 1980, all manufacturing was moved to Italy.
You might get it rebuilt in Pittsburgh.
Or, you may find one in a mine down by Morgantown.
