HD Rear bumper finished!

Finally got around to finishing my new rear bumper to go with the front one. Still 1/8" diamond plate. I don't know exact weights, but the factory bumper feels much heavier for some reason.
This was after I tacked the shell together and set it on the trailer hitch just to get a look at it.

And here's the final result after the finish welding.

Once the skid plate for the front is made, I'll be painting them all black.

Haha absolutely. Now that I have both bumpers done I just wanna go wreck some stupid little battery powered POS.

Dang, the finish product sure does look nice man! If you have someone interested in that stock bumper then sell it, I think I might wait till I get back home to get a new bed because it will be cheaper for the bed and paint..there's a few other things I need to tend to before I buy a bed anyways..how much did the materials for the back bumper run you?

Thanks man! The front and rear bumper were both made out of a 4'x12' sheet of 1/8" diamond plate. I still have plenty left over.
