I would like to say that this happened on base so there was no one besides the military police carrying a gun unless you want to be in trouble yourself. Thing that upsets me the most is the chicken shit people who drove by watching this more worried about getting home. Had I been driving by when that happened I would have stopped it long before. Fyi ptsd is not a excuse but I have seen worse from it than this. Some people react to things differently but what ever he saw must have been bad. Hope this guy got the help he needs.

I agree he needs help. Since it was on base would the civilian cops even have the right to intervene? I thought they ,the military .police themselves.

Nonetheless his side or not he has some serious rage issues to explode like that. Needs some self control. What is something real serious had happened? He's Acting like some one on juice. Quick pant's him see if his testicles have disappeared! :D

All seriousness he needs help serious anger issues he has the potential to really hurt someone.

Anyone who says "shoot him" needs to brush up on there law. Unless he has you blocked in so you can't drive/ram your way out you are in for a hell of a court battle. And thats the good. The bad is you just killed a Marine that received a purple heart. I'm sure many of us have fathers, grandfathers, or great grandfathers just like him. War heroes that didn't come back like they left.

I am too sick of anyone that uses PTSD as an excuse. People need to learn to deal with there shit and us as family and friends need to keep them on the right path not enable them. I have a very close friend that suffered from PTSD. After a bit enabling our tough love is what straighten them out.

I'm not sure an asskicking would of helped he would of fed off that I bet. I don't think that if the driver got out there would of even been a fight if he handled it right.

Like always hindsight is 20/20.

I agree with the use of deadly force and I have given the same argument of the law here anyway in CT is you cannot use deadly force UNLESS deadly force is being used on you and you have NO ESCAPE! In this incident even tho deadly force wasn't used, and with the argument he felt his life was in immediate danger as this Marine has been trained to kill, IF the individual could have fled in his vehicle, he must choose that option! Sucks but the law is the law and police are under the same scrutiny to an extent!

Anyone in the right mind having been in that situation with a NUT kicking your car screaming over a stupid traffic incident would luv to beat his behind or shoot him and telling him to calm down and ask him how do you like me now!

He definitely has issues ,issues that will be dealt with I'm sure. He will blame his military involvement (*cough* bull-shit *cough*) but my bet is he has always been a hot head.

Sure I would, just like any man would. I would also expect her to drive away and call the police rather than be concerned with taking a video. If there is an idle passenger and the opportunity presents itself taking video wouldn't hurt. Fair enough?
And then the guy flips out because he thinks they are trying to get away and the car chase in sues and you have upped injury possibility by cars ramming or whatever.Or they get accused of hit and run.I will say if the guy in front brake checked the guy behind 3 times......how many times do you need to warn someone to back off????

I agree he needs help. Since it was on base would the civilian cops even have the right to intervene? I thought they ,the military .police themselves.

I hope he gets help also.Any of you talking about putting a bullet in someone just remember death is permanent there's no coming back, no do overs or I'm sorry I take it back. Now there is a place and a time, if he started knocking out a window or pulled a side arm well you reap what you sow and you will pay the price so help me.

Just curious, does him using the f word and kicking your door present a deadly threat? Did he have a weapon?

No, Him trying to break the window out and rip my door handle off would have been the deadly threat for me. If my wife was in there with her being pregnant I wouldn't have given much thought after seeing him not coming down. If others would have tried to stop him sooner would have been a lot better. I say there is a LOT of what ifs. Like I said. He chooses to go freakin crazy like that he deserves whats coming to him. The door can be fixed just like the back of his car. He shouldn't have brake checked and got crazy and the other person shouldn't have stayed so close. In that video in that situation from that angle they would have needed a body bag. Call me a ass or cold hearted. It is what it is.

That would be a hard sell to the court. I didn't see that guy as much of a threat. He was pissed, but not in a rage. Search road rage dashcam on YouTube. Now if he picked up something to smash the window. In the end its better to be judged by 12 then carried by 6.
