I don't get it. If I was that pissed your rolled up window wouldn't stop me.

I wouldn't get out. That would get a CHL holder in a hell of trouble.

He brake checked them 3 times before they hit him? Are you stupid? Didn't you get the idea the first or second time.

I totally agree. Its hard on hands but can be done.I wouldn't get out. That would get a CHL holder in a hell of trouble. Also agree.

No shit!!! If you are following to close after 3 BRAKE CHECKS you are a complete dumb ass to hit someone on the third one. Back the fck off lol. Thats why someone is doing that in the first place. YOUR TO FCKIN CLOSE!!!!!Sent from a ditch being dug near you

I hate to say it but he would have been filled with holes the after the first kick of the door. As a ccw carrier and the new ohio law of stand your ground. He would have been dead. And then here we go again with post dramatic stress syndrom. Christ I got that from driving everyday. Just another drug to take and something to blame stuff on. WTF is this world coming too?

What is with everyone saying they would shoot the idiot? He's a loud mouth punk that deserves a good old fashion ass kicking but to take some ones life over it seems a little extreme to me.

I never understood people who brake check, I'm mad that you are following too close because you might hit me so I'm going to slam on my brakes to make sure that you hit me. That is fairly close to the definition of full retard.

You see this shit a lot at VA hospitals, dudes dealing with stress and PTSD the wrong way and getting the run around from the VA until they snap.

I agree.

We only know one side of the story, some of you need to calm down and holster your weapons.

Doesn't it seem odd that there isn't any video of the guy allegedly driving erratic?

Also, when did you serve and in what branch? OIF/OEF?

Just curious, does him using the f word and kicking your door present a deadly threat? Did he have a weapon?

I grew up and worked in the some of the worst parts of Chicago.
I had a incident like this once (road rage) guy went ballistic and another guy opened my passenger door hit my passenger with a hammer in the chest. As i looked i got sucker punch .I flipped out and beat the shit out of the guy with a pipe that i had by my seat
I WENT THROUGH HELL IN court .
Just as easy to shoot him .
NOW if if was your wife or girlfriend with kids You would want them to have a gun in a case like this .

Sure I would, just like any man would. I would also expect her to drive away and call the police rather than be concerned with taking a video. If there is an idle passenger and the opportunity presents itself taking video wouldn't hurt. Fair enough?

I wonder what the Marine did to earn a Purple Heart.

May explain the violent PTSD breakout.

Anyone who says "shoot him" needs to brush up on there law. Unless he has you blocked in so you can't drive/ram your way out you are in for a hell of a court battle. And thats the good. The bad is you just killed a Marine that received a purple heart. I'm sure many of us have fathers, grandfathers, or great grandfathers just like him. War heroes that didn't come back like they left.

I am too sick of anyone that uses PTSD as an excuse. People need to learn to deal with there shit and us as family and friends need to keep them on the right path not enable them. I have a very close friend that suffered from PTSD. After a bit enabling our tough love is what straighten them out.

I'm not sure an asskicking would of helped he would of fed off that I bet. I don't think that if the driver got out there would of even been a fight if he handled it right.

Like always hindsight is 20/20.

I would like to say that this happened on base so there was no one besides the military police carrying a gun unless you want to be in trouble yourself. Thing that upsets me the most is the chicken shit people who drove by watching this more worried about getting home. Had I been driving by when that happened I would have stopped it long before. Fyi ptsd is not a excuse but I have seen worse from it than this. Some people react to things differently but what ever he saw must have been bad. Hope this guy got the help he needs.

Ya your right. That makes this 10X worse. How can you drive by and let something like this happen when their your "brothers".
