I'm sure someone has, if a GMC can fit it with smaller grill holes, you should be able to as well. Measure the width of the grille and I'll measure mine and let you know. Rigids 30" fit fine on my gmc though.

Looks like the grille opening is the same on the chev to me...

I'd be curious to see if it would affect cooking at all to block those holes. Here's what I did, 30" behind the grill much cleaner IMO.

I have a picture i can post later tonight of a truck that had some there that looked EXTREMELY clean. It looked VERY good and was different because nobody runs them there.

Rigid is a rip off. I've ran some jap land special on my old Chevy for 3 years now it's 30 in and not a single issue. My buddies who pay the crazy ass money for rigid they have burn outs and other issues. I paid 60 bucks for mine. Can't remember the specs but it's bright as hell it's flood spot combo bar. I know that was the OPs question. Just saying.

You build your trans and run larger tires I can promise you it will run hotter.

Trans in my LLY ran 200-230 in town unloaded with a steel bumper with no holes.

LMM tried the same after bumper swap the short trip I drove it, not as bad but ran hotter than with the stock bumper.

Light bars may not block 100% of the air so I can't say but I know closing those holes off makes them run hotter.
