Happy Father's Day to everyone who's a dad. I been called a lot of things in my life but none of them ever meant what being called dad has. Don't forget to say Happy Father's Day to our Father in Heaven as well! Peace be with you all and I hope Sunday is the best Father's Day ever!
For everyone who has lost their dad, I pray you find comfort on this day and remember all the good times you had with your dad.
James King, one of my favorite bluegrass singers has a song called "stumbling in my fathers footsteps" and part of it says "it's hard to follow someone better than the best, stumbling in my fathers footsteps". I know my dad is my best friend other than Jesus, my son tells me the same thing and I hope he never changes who his best friend is.
