After observing most freeway drivers in Ca, I'm thinking maybe they should hold off till 21 to get a permit. By the way Happy Birthday, you could get a permit at 14 in Oregon when I was a kid if you were on a farm.

Actually had one, but it was a Model B, a 1932 5 window coupe. Was my first drag car. Had a 56 Buick engine and 6 Stremburg 97 carbs. Zephyr gears, and a locked rearend. Ran in the 12's back in 1960 when I first started drag racing. Wise ass.
