Hand throttle setup

I can't seem to find any duramax hand throttle setups. Are most of your setups home made? Looking for some options and pictures. Would also like to incorporate my lockup button right on the handle. Thanks

That's kind of what I've seen for home made setups. Pretty simple. I didn't know if any companies made a bolt in setup/kit.

On our old truck, I bought a steel handle throttle lever from a tractor pulling parts company, welded it to a stock pedal assembly and bolted it down. Had to upgrade return springs, got one from hardware store.
