it is called an eraser wheel made by 3M. I got mine at a local auto paint store, or just google 3m eraser wheel. you'll find plenty of online venders.

3M wheel definately worth it. Turned a 4 hour thumb blistering job into an hour and half. Truck looks better without them. Gonna do the back tomorrow.
