With how fast you have said that truck was spooling the GT4202 I wouldn't drop to anything much smaller for a small turbo. 4094 (minimum), 4294, S372, S472, or keep and use the GT4202 and send the 42Mag back if you haven't installed it yet. Then size the big charger based off of your choice for the small one. If you are gonna do twins do it right - especially on that build.

We already installed the mag. I was just trying to figure out what to do with the 42r since it is almost new and just sitting on the bench in the box. We still have some bugs to work out on the stroker with traction and 60' times. Still working on the tune to get it optimized for launching. It spools up very quick in my opinion so thats not a problem. Once we get it all worked out and he starts to race it on his track I am sure he will ask me what can we do next:happy2:. Right now I am working on his 08 challenger, 47 willys, and a 76 powerwagon. I was going to post up pics of the challenger in the smoke signals area but this is a diesel site and I didn't want to upset anyone.
He has mentioned twins before but after the mag upgrade all he can say is holy @#$%. He loves the power and mpg and the fact he can still tow.

If he can still tow heavy with the mag I definately wouldn't go smaller than a GT42 for the small turbo.

Does he want the Challenger to be faster than the truck? Once you get the truck to hook that'll be a tough goal.

No, the truck will have to stay the fastest. Except maybe for the viper. Anyway, he has already made his kid feel bad by beating his 72 challenger with a 406 stroker in it. He loves to go fast in what ever he has. If and when Saleen decides to send me the damn supercharger for the 08 challenger and I get that done we will be back to improving the dmax.

Just a thought, if you can spool the mag no problem leave it as the small charger & step up to a gt47 or so for the big charger. The small mpi kit uses a charger similar to the gt42 for the big charger.
