LML Grid heater help

Anyone have any troubleshooting info on the intake heater? Truck only has 80,000km on it and and it’s throwing a P154A code for intake heater feedback circuit. Harness looks good and isn’t rubbed. Kinda smells like burnt plastic around the heater. Any help would be appreciated.

Yeah, that’s kind of what I was thinking too, just looking for a way to confirm it.

You should be able to check continuity through it and to ground.

There is continuity between the main power stud and the. Body of the heater. I don’t have a schematic for what each wore on the plug is. I’m assuming black is ground.

And what’s the trick to getting the intake tube off?

And cooked... Of course just 1500km our of warranty. At least it’s a simple fix.

Twist the collar on the engine side of the ic tube and then pull. It’s very simple and easy
