PPE put in a Kenwood in our LBZ and everything works. It included a backup camera, and headrest DVD screens.

It does require some kind of harness.

As far as putting in the GM nav unit, Ben (duratothemax) did extension stuff with them.

OEM: Buy a nav radio for a 2003-2007 GM truck and install it. Have dealer program it for non-Y91 Bose, and it'll work. Simple replacement install. You'll lose CD capability when the nav disc is installed, so you may want to find the slave CD changer from a Denali and install it in the console (you cut the lower pocket out).

Aftermarket: You'll need adapters to hook the radio up to the OEM wiring, but once you figure those out, those radios work just fine.

nav radios only have one "slot"...when you're using the nav disc, you cant play cds. thats why you need a changer..so you can play cds while the nav disc is installed..

Send me the link to the radio auction. Just want to make sure you're buying the right one.
