I have found during an emergency including my in-laws home and the 12 or 13 fires that broke out near there home that my truck tops out at 95 mph. I figure that would be a govener if so how do I uninstall it?

Call around to some EFI Live tuners. Maybe one of them will shut the speed limiter off for a small fee instead of paying for the complete tuning price?
