I was at a restaurant yesterday for lunch sitting across from 4 DOT uniformed officers. I couldn't help but pick their brain about this pic. They all laughed and thought I was showing them a fake or altered pic... Then one of them recognized the intersection and they all looked closer a second time. They said they seriously doubted that puppy was legal. They sure got a kick out of it though.
