That car is probably 13.20 at 96mph at the track with a solid launch, they are heavy, if you have a DSP5 I would have used a smaller tune on the tip in and then once the charger lit switched to a bigger tune, that would have got you out in front easily.

If the tune is written wrong all you will do is blow lots of smoke and go nowhere.

Ask for a rematch.

13.2? the chevelle runs a consistent 12.7 @ 108, car weighs 3575lb (no driver) and put down 443hp & 501tq to the wheels, a rematch would be just fine:boxing:lol

I think with a trans go you could turn it up pretty hot for a couple runs with this chevelle. 6-speed is pretty durable. With a built trans. you could beat him with a stock turbo. It would be a good race...

we could do both, rematch in the chevelle first, and then i can unleash the beast! honestly tho your truck would probably spank mine due to the rediculus amount of turbo lag, a 4-hi launch is out of the question for me unless i wanna pick up my front cv's off the road! lol

when some doucher pulles up to me on the highway wanting to play, im usually at about 65MPH and in 5th. at that point, im only spinning a little over 1500RPM. if that happens, i just hold the tow/haul button for 2 seconds and turn O/D off. when it drops, my turbo immediatly builds more boost. then i just wait for the GO and nail it. let the RPM's climb a bit and turn O/D back on. then the truck shifts and a lot of the time, they are pretty far behind me :woott: however, there has been the occasion that i was pretty far behiund them most notibly this ugly ass green 97 camaro that lives somewere in my neighborhood. basterd was breaking his ass end loose up to 70. trust me. i was behind him at WOT lol i saw it! thing was FAST!

i tossed the stock turbo and installed a bigger one 2 weeks later :rofl:havent seen him since though. :angel:
