you needed a 4in lift to run 33'' tires? or you just wanted the extra room for pulling? nice lookin truck though:thumb: i also run 33"x12.5" but toyo m/t's not mickey's that the next tire of choice though

Im not running 12.5's they are 15.50. The 4" lift helps with all the front end components being level for sled pulling. And your right once you put 1000lbs on the front end those 33's get real tight.

What offset/backspacing?

-24mm/4.5"
I had to run 1/4" spacers in the front because the inner sidewall lugs rubbed on the a-arms.

May want to check the date on the post above you. :thumb: but I run the 35x12.50s and I love them. A buddy of mine had the 36x15.50s on his powerstroke and got around 70k miles out of them somehow.

I know it was an old post and I think he runs different tires now, but that's exactly what I was looking for (a good comparison). Somebody who runs tires for a month and nothing else can't really give a good evaluation and most people with a particular tire on their truck currently usually think they are "the best", until they try something else. Plus he used these wide tires for pulling (which is really what I'm looking for), and not to many other people have that experience.
