Thanks Travis, I appreciate it & everyone else that commented. I was going nuts.
Replaced #7 & now it runs but #8 is at 15 on the balance rate. We are gaining. The raised idle was in the tune I didn't know about...LOL. Turn the switch and it idles great :thumb:

were those injectors that big when you pulled them out, or did you get them rehoned? I am scared now, my injectors have been sitting in bags since january:( I hope i dont have issues cause lb7's are no fun to be swapping.

If you did get them honed bigger you might need to raise the rail pressure at idle. I have also had a tune one time that gave me a balance rate of 15 on #8. I went back to my old tune and the balance rate went back to normal. Its worth a shot.

New nozzles. I'll reflash my old tune back in. I'm pretty sure this tune is for 100 overs

Good luck getting it straighten out ,i just finished trouble shooting a truck with the same symptoms but ended up being a stuck injector.
How do you like that injection pump?

I was running it as a single before with a 2900pw, 40 overs & holding 25500psi. It now has a little brother that's hiding. I think I'll have fuel :thumb:

When you said the turbo was tight on height, you weren't kidding. Damn that's close.

That controller is a little aggressive, but I think it will work out well for you. Let me know.
