but pouring fuel out the exhaust. It also idles @ 1200 rpm with 3200 actual fp, desired is 10000. I don't know how to upload a log file. any ideas?

I don't think so. Had it earlier this week cranking like it was hydro locked. Pulled the glowplugs & had 1 that was spraying fuel big time. got an injector in & now this
Came out of my truck in May running with great balance rates. Bagged until I put them in last week
Have you tried cranking it with no glow plugs in and the ficm unplugged or fuse to it pulled to see if an injector is hung? Seems like eveytime I've had low rail psi at idle it's been injectors.
Check balance rates. I had a similar issue with a fresh set of injectors that had some trash in one. It was easy to find with the balance rates.
I just tried logging the balance but it won't
In that file i have actual & desired fuel & they logged but not the rates
The truck is idling @ 1200. I don't think the rates will read that high in the rpm range because normally as soon as it off idle they go to zero anyway
