Got codes...dealership says new throttle body needed?

Pictured below are the codes I'm getting. Dealership says I need a new throttle body. About $850. That hurts.

I haven't committed either way. Is this a task I can take on myself? I did put a blocker plate on an LMM, so I figured if I can do that I can do this. Right?

There's no shops nearby that know a thing about Duramax's. I'm at the mercy of my dealership, and that's scary to me. Thoughts?

05 smoker, thanks for that link.

Are you saying I just need to make those two codes (0106, 0642) not report in EFI Live, OR are there some hard parts that I need to remove also?

If I make them not report, will that potentially cause issues now or somewhere down the road? Thanks for the help guys. I need my truck back and I'm in a jam trying to get this figured out.

Feel like I'm talking to myself......the part number on the part that supposedly needs replaced is 98047243 (Fuel Injection Air Meter Body).

Shouldn't that be covered under the power train warranty?

You can also take the plate out if it too. There's just two screws holding it.
Guys, ya'll are way more knowledeable than me. I would love to know how to do this, if you would just tell me how to do it and/or where the AIV is located.

Hell, I'll call you on my dime if it would get my truck back up and running :(
